The acceptance of Ḥajj depends on performing its pillars, obligations, and Sunnah acts, and it is not related to the debt.

Therefore, if someone performs Ḥajj while in debt, their Ḥajj is fundamentally valid, but they still have the obligation of repaying the debt.
